Required Skills : * SAFe certification (SSM SASM RTE SPC) or equivalent experience preferred * 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments * Proven experience working within Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or similar) * Strong expertise in inter-team dependency management and cross-team coordination * Advanced Jira skills including dashboards JQL workflows and reporting * Experience preparing teams for PI Planning and program-level execution * Strong understanding of Agile metrics such as flow predictability WIP and throughput * Excellent facilitation coaching and communication skills * Experience supporting multiple teams or an Agile Release Train (ART)
