Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum experience preferably within SAFe environments and the ability to help build and grow high-performing teams.
Required Skills

Strong Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery environments
SAFe experience preferred
Experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI reporting
Strong team-building and leadership skills
SAFe CSM or related Agile certifications preferred
Oil & Gas industry experience is a major plus
Waterfall project experience is a bonus

Additional Details

Must be local to San Antonio TX Findlay OH or LAR area
Hybrid work model
