| Responsibilities | - Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning standups retrospectives backlog grooming and release planning across AI and Data & Analytics teams
- Support delivery of Agentic AI and enterprise AI strategy initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams dependencies and sprint execution
- Partner with Product Owners AI architects engineering and business stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and alignment to business priorities
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across distributed product and engineering teams
- Monitor sprint progress velocity blockers and delivery metrics while ensuring timely escalation and resolution of risks/issues
- Coordinate release readiness activities and support delivery planning across multiple AI and analytics workstreams
- Facilitate collaboration between AI/ML teams platform teams infrastructure security and data engineering groups
- Maintain Agile reporting dashboards burn-down metrics sprint KPIs and executive status updates
- Support prioritization and execution of AI initiatives involving data platforms automation Copilot LLM integrations and analytics capabilities
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure transparency around dependencies risks and delivery timelines
- Coach teams on Agile maturity Scrum discipline and scalable delivery practices
- Ensure alignment between AI strategy objectives product roadmaps and execution milestones
