Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and align deliverables with business goals.
- Remove impediments manage risks and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Track sprint progress velocity Agile metrics and delivery commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across product engineering teams.
- Provide delivery updates and status reports to leadership
- Must have skills: - Agile & Scrum Frameworks
- Scrum Master Experience in Product Engineering
- Banking & Financial Services Domain Knowledge
- JIRA & Confluence
- Sprint Planning Execution & Release Management812 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting product engineering teams.
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services preferably in Payments Lending Risk Wealth Management or Financial Platforms.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM PSM or equivalent.
- Strong stakeholder management communication risk management and dependency coordination skills.
- Experience with Agile metrics reporting and the product development lifecycle.
