Scrum Master

111 Sign a printing and signage company is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team and help drive Agile practices and smooth project delivery. As a Scrum Master you will play a crucial role in coaching cross-functional teams removing blockers and ensuring efficient collaboration across various departments.

• Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Coach teams Product Owner and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles
• Identify and remove impediments to project progress
• Help maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
• Track and report team metrics for improvement
• Foster collaboration between technical teams and print production staff
• Support planning around print-specific constraints
• Encourage continuous improvement and feedback culture
• Coordinate with other teams and managers on releases and initiatives

• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Kanban and Agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools like Jira Azure DevOps or Trello
• Excellent facilitation communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
