Position Details

• Caseload Type: Psychoeducational evaluations Behavior Evaluations Lunch groups
• Age Range: Mostly 4th and 5th grade
• Hours per Week: 30
• Schedule: MondayFriday school hours
• Start & End Date: ASAP - June 2027
• Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Collaborate with school teams to interpret assessment data and make informed decisions
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and supports
• Deliver individual and group counseling as needed
• Support school-wide MTSS and RTI processes
• Consult with staff and families to improve student outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• Masters Ed.S. or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Licensed as a School Psychologist by the RI Department of Elementary & Secondary Education
• Strong skills in assessment consultation and collaboration
• Dedication to supporting diverse learners and inclusive practices
