Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) for school-based opportunities throughout Long Island NY.

Details:

• School-based setting
• MondayFriday opportunities
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM4:00 PM
• Multiple locations available throughout Long Island (Hempstead Hewlett-Woodmere Commack Smithtown etc.)

Qualifications/Education Required:

• At least 1 year experience
• Therapist license and registration
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
• MMR Titers within 5 years
• Malpractice Insurance
• NPI #
• Workers Comp certification (for homecare/non-school cases only)

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
• Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patients condition
• Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patients condition
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required

Pay per visit:

• $75 for 30 min
• $85 for 45 min
• $100 for 1 hour
• $150 for groups of 3
