Position Details

• Caseload:K-12 supporting multiple school sites
• Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00AM 3:30PM
• Hours:37.5 40 hours/week
• Dates:ASAP June 2027 with strong potential to renew for the right candidate
• Location:Onsite at multiple districts

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine OT needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers families and school staff to support student participation
• Document services and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Oregon License in Occupational Therapy
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in a school setting
