Job Summary
Under supervision assist in planning and supervising the activities of school aged children enrolled in an extended day child care program; perform related work as required.
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school; training in early childhood education is desirable; and experience and/or training in pre-school or early child care must also meet ONE of the following requirements:(a)Two years of college (48 units) or(b) A.A. Degree (or higher) or(c) Passage of the CBEST exam or(d)Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction.
