Scheduling Manager Hybrid

Job Title: Scheduling ManagerLocation:Golden Valley MNSchedule: Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours (typically between the hours of 7am-5pm) with 1-2 evenings needed per week. Position also requires a rotating on-call schedule shared with a team of schedulers during the week and Schedule: Eligible to work from home up to 2 days per week after 6 months of : $50000 annual salary including Full-Time benefits and Paid Time OffEssential Job Duties:Include but not limited to managing schedules on Dayforce Software supporting the scheduling email account contacting staff about picking up or changing their schedules answering Direct Support Professional questions troubleshooting scheduling issues complete administrative tasks associated with supporting of the programs and additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications:Must have experience working with computers specifically Microsoft Office products. Must be detail-oriented have analytical skills great customer service and be calm under pressure in a fast-paced document well be well-organized and good at follow clearance of Department of Human Services background checkSuccessful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check and acceptable driving record per Company Policy
