• Coordinate and maintain installation schedules for residential home improvement projects.
• Schedule customer installations inspections and follow-up visits.
• Communicate directly with homeowners to confirm appointments and provide scheduling updates.
• Coordinate daily schedules with installers and project managers.
• Monitor schedules and proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Reschedule appointments when necessary while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Confirm that projects are ready for installation before scheduling crews.
• Coordinate materials products and other requirements needed for scheduled installations.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in company systems.
• Communicate project updates and schedule changes to the appropriate departments.
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments and installation timelines.
• Assist with resolving scheduling issues and finding solutions when unexpected challenges arise.
• Keep calendars and scheduling systems accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with the Project Management and Production teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.
• Assist with general administrative and operational duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional positive and helpful attitude with customers and team members.

• Previous scheduling dispatching customer service administrative or office experience preferred.
• Home improvement construction or remodeling experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone email and text.
• Proficient with computers email calendars and teams.
• Ability to learn and navigate scheduling and customer management software.
