QISG is seeking Mid- and Senior-Level P6 Schedulers to support utility Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation EPC projects.
Were looking for schedulers with 5 years of utility scheduling experience specifically in T&D and/or Substation projects. This experience should be clearly reflected on your resume.
Youll develop and maintain resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules perform critical path analysis forecast schedule impacts and partner closely with project teams to keep complex EPC projects on track from planning through completion.
- Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission substation and renewable projects
- Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
- Integrate inputs from engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams
- Perform critical path analysis what-if scenarios and productivity tracking
- Identify schedule risks evaluate sequencing and recommend mitigation strategies
- Produce earned value metrics KPIs and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
- Support look-ahead planning short-interval schedules and continuous improvement
- Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
- 5 years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations required
- Advanced Primavera P6 expertise including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
- Experience with Linear Scheduling large-scale sitework and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects
- Familiarity with TILOS Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk or similar schedule analysis tools
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering permitting procurement construction and commissioning teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills coordinating across multiple departments
- Highly organized and self-motivated able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelors in Engineering Construction Management Business or related field preferred
