We have been engaged by a client to help them identify a Scheduler - someone with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project background and someone with offshore oil and gas / offshore projects experience.

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support offshore operations subsea installation projects and marine construction activities. This position will play a critical role in developing maintaining and monitoring project schedules for complex offshore campaigns involving vessels subsea equipment installation activities inspection repair maintenance (IRM) and field operations.

The ideal candidate will come from an offshore service contractor subsea installation contractor marine construction or offshore operations environment and possess a strong understanding of offshore project execution and scheduling best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Track project progress critical paths milestones resource allocation and schedule performance.

• Coordinate with project managers offshore operations teams vessel management engineering and clients to ensure schedule alignment.

• Support offshore campaigns involving subsea installation IRM activities vessel operations and field execution.

• Identify schedule risks delays and recovery opportunities.

• Prepare schedule reports progress updates look-ahead plans and management presentations.

• Participate in project planning forecasting and execution meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project scheduling experience within offshore oil & gas subsea marine construction or offshore services.

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.

• Experience supporting offshore vessel operations subsea installation projects offshore construction or IRM campaigns preferred.

• Strong understanding of project controls scheduling methodologies critical path analysis and project execution.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced offshore environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
