We are expanding our SAP SuccessFactors HCM practice and seeking experienced consultants across multiple specializations. Whether youre a hands-on functional expert or a solution architect we have global opportunities to match your expertise.
Roles Were Hiring
We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors consultants with proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Time Tracking SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management implementation and support
- Payroll & Integration Payroll expertise with hands-on integration experience from Employee Central (EC) to S/4HANA
- Core Consultants SuccessFactors core module functional consultants (Employee Central ECP and related modules)
- Architects SuccessFactors solution architects able to design and lead end-to-end HCM landscapes
- SmartRecruiters Specialists SmartRecruiters experience with AI certification required
What Were Looking For
- Demonstrable hands-on SuccessFactors implementation and support experience
- Relevant SAP / SuccessFactors certifications (SmartRecruiters AI certification required for that role)
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
- German speakers preferred
