Position Summary
We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and support programs. This role will provide functional leadership solution design expertise stakeholder management and guidance to project teams while ensuring successful delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Manage functional workstreams across project lifecycles.
Conduct workshops requirement sessions and solution reviews.
Develop functional architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee configuration testing deployment and cutover activities.
Mentor functional consultants and analysts.
Manage client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
Ensure project deliverables timelines and quality standards are met.
Support integration reporting and data migration strategies.
