Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Workstream Lead on behalf of our client in Seattle WA. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP functional consultant with deep expertise in S/4HANA Procurement and Direct Procurement processes. The selected candidate will lead the P2P workstream partnering with business stakeholders technical teams and project leadership to deliver scalable procurement solutions and support a successful enterprise transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream throughout project delivery.

• Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Direct Procurement functionalities.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement end-to-end procurement processes.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications process documentation and solution designs.

• Create detailed RICEF functional specifications and coordinate with development teams.

• Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.

• Drive issue management risk mitigation and production readiness activities.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• 8 years of SAP functional consulting experience with a strong focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement configuration and support.

• Strong expertise in Direct Procurement and end-to-end procurement lifecycle processes.

• Proven experience leading SAP P2P workstreams in implementation transformation or enhancement projects.

• Experience creating RICEF functional specifications and supporting custom development initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Requisition-to-Purchase Order (Req-to-PO)

  • Direct Procurement

  • Vendor Management

  • Goods Receipt

  • Invoice Verification

  • Procurement Reporting and Analytics

• Experience supporting SIT UAT defect management and go-live activities.

• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.

• Knowledge of integrations across Procurement Supply Chain Inventory Management and Finance.

• SAP S/4HANA Procurement certification is a plus.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
