Job Description:
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of consolidation units consolidation groups versions ledgers FS items subitems and reporting hierarchies.
- Monitor and support data collection data mapping validation rules reclassification intercompany matching eliminations currency translation and consolidation of investments.
- Work closely with finance accounting consolidation and business users to resolve functional and technical issues.
- Coordinate with SAP functional technical Basis security integration and reporting teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Support integration points with SAP S/4HANA Finance Universal Journal ACDOCA ACDOCU Fiori apps SAP Analytics Cloud BW and external reporting tools.
- Provide guidance to junior support analysts and coordinate daily support activities across offshore nearshore and onsite teams.
- Participate in business workshops requirement discussions testing cycles regression testing UAT support and production hypercare.
- Communicate status risks issue trends and resolution plans clearly to business stakeholders and IT leadership
