SAP MDG Technical PM

Mars Global Services (MGS) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the technical delivery of our high-priority TPM Mexico project. This role demands a unique blend of rigid program management and a classic SAP MDG developer mindset. You will be responsible for driving scrum execution enforcing delivery dates and providing technical governance across our Master Data Governance (MDG) landscape to ensure seamless data integrity and integration for our business operations.

• Agile Program & Scrum Delivery: Own daily scrum calls manage sprint health and meticulously track milestones to ensure all TPM Mexico delivery dates are met without compromise.
• Technical Governance: Leverage a hands-on technical background in MDG to review configurations challenge developer estimates and clear complex architectural roadblocks across US and offshore teams.
• MDG Solution Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of MDG modules ensuring custom data models process modeling and validation frameworks align with MGS global standards.
• Workflow & Replication Execution: Drive the successful deployment of Rule-Based Workflows (BRF) and the Data Replication Framework (DRF) to automate master data syndication between MDG and the TPM platform.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the central delivery anchor bridging the gap between US-based leadership the project scope in Mexico and offshore development centers.

• Experience: 8 years of Technical Program Management experience with a proven track record of driving rigid execution and meeting strict deadlines on enterprise-scale SAP MDG implementations.
• Technical Skills:
  • Direct foundational background as a classic SAP MDG Developer or Technical Architect (deep understanding of ABAP BRF DRF and UI Modeling).
  • Core technical understanding of standard master data domains (Material Customer Vendor Financials) within an S/4 HANA environment.
  • Expertise running Agile/Scrum methodologies in a global shared-services framework.
• Project Context: Experience managing integration projects involving Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Latin American master data localization is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills & Delivery Drive: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak the language of developers while driving accountability; professional proficiency in English is required (Spanish is a strong asset).
