Job Title: SAP Developer / Global Support Manager Job Type: Contract 12 Months Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite Weekly)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer / Global Support Manager to lead Kronos Workforce Management support implementation activities and enterprise system enhancements within a public sector environment. This role is responsible for project leadership business process design system configuration integrations reporting testing and ongoing operational support related to Kronos and SAP systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP project management experience expertise with Kronos Workforce applications and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to support enterprise-wide workforce management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Kronos System Support & Administration
Maintain and enhance the Kronos Timekeeping application
Provide functional support exception handling and troubleshooting
Lead implementation of Kronos Advanced Scheduler
Monitor Kronos system performance and integrations
Manage Kronos permissions personalization and access controls
Support time clock connectivity scheduled events and device maintenance
Research and resolve system and integration issues
Project Management & Leadership
Lead Kronos enhancement initiatives and release management
Coordinate deployments testing stabilization and defect resolution
Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
Facilitate stakeholder communication and status meetings
Collaborate with leadership on project scope dependencies and priorities
Manage assigned tasks timelines and deliverables
Reporting & Data Management
Develop dashboards reports HyperFinds data views and statistical charts
Support ad hoc reporting requests
Monitor data integrity and system accuracy
Maintain Kronos business structures and employee cross-reference tables
Training & Documentation
Develop and maintain training materials job aids videos and process documentation
Deliver user guidance and support for Kronos processes and functionality
Collaborate with training teams on end-user education initiatives
Integration & Technical Support
Lead support for Kronos integrations and data interfaces
Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for issue resolution
Open and manage Kronos Global Support (KGS) cases
Document technical requirements and design specifications
Required Qualifications
10 years of SAP Project Management experience in the Public Sector
3 years of Full Cycle SAP Public Sector Implementation experience
PMP Certification required
Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Management systems
Experience with system integrations testing and deployment management
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
Business process analysis and workflow optimization
Experience managing workforce management systems in large organizations
Knowledge of SAP integrations and public sector operations
