SAP Business Analyst

Our client is hiring a permanent SAP Business Analyst to be the link between business teams and the SAP platform. Youll own requirements process design and configuration for your module area. Youll also be the go-to expert as the company improves and expands its SAP environment.

• Gather and document business requirements from finance supply chain operations and other stakeholders
• Map current and future-state processes and translate them into SAP configuration
• Configure and support assigned modules (e.g. FICO MM SD PP)
• Lead functional testing (unit integration and UAT) and manage defect resolution
• Write functional specifications for custom development reports and interfaces
• Support month-end close production issues and day-to-day user questions
• Train end users and super users and maintain process documentation
• Take part in upgrades rollouts and S/4HANA migration work

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or a related field
• 35 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in at least one core module
• Full-cycle implementation or major enhancement project experience
• Strong grasp of the business processes behind your module (e.g. procure-to-pay order-to-cash record-to-report)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams

• S/4HANA experience
• SAP certification in your module
• Manufacturing or distribution industry background
• Bilingual English/Spanish
