Location: Foster City CA
Salary: $120-130k

Support the planning governance coordination and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs working with project managers BRIM leads business stakeholders and implementation partners.

Responsibilities
Manage project plans milestones deliverables dependencies and action items.
Maintain RAID logs and track risks issues assumptions and dependencies.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports dashboards and steering committee presentations.
Coordinate project meetings workshops governance forums and follow-ups.
Track project scope schedule resources budget and vendor activities.
Coordinate across BRIM workstreams such as CC CM CI SOM and FI-CA.
Support testing cutover deployment and hypercare planning.
Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
Facilitate communication between business IT vendors and system integrators.

Required Qualifications
5 years of PMO/project management experience preferably in SAP programs.
Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes.
Strong skills in project tracking RAID management reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project or Smartsheet.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP BRIM/S4HANA implementation experience.
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
Experience managing global teams and SI/vendor relationships.

Salary Range
$120000 - 130000
