Reports to:Sanitation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Safe efficientand effective cleaning of production equipment processing rooms and adjacent areas.
• Perform swabbing (ATP Environmental) of equipment and areas in support of site sanitation and other assigned programs.
• Follow good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to ensure food safety work safety and food defense.
• Followtheapproved sanitary methodsin accordance withfood safety requirements.
• Ensuresafety precautions are followed in performing your responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read write and speak English specific to work instructions including but not limited to safety purposes.
• Regularly time and attendance
• Experiencein food manufacturing within a GMP environment
• Knowledge ofsanitation practices for industrial cleaning chemicals andfood safety relatedpractices
• Must be 18 years orolder.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force at times and/or up to 20 pounds of forcefrequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects
• Ability to work in cold and hot environments (approximately 38F-80F degrees)
• Ability to repeat motions that may include use of the wrists hands and/or fingers and standing or sitting for prolonged periods (average 8-12 hours)
