Description:

The Sample Management Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the organization and tracking of samples within our company. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage the flow of samples efficiently and ensure they are readily available for various departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain the sample inventory ensuring all samples are properly labeled and stored.
• Track the movement of samples within the company ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of samples for meetings presentations and other departmental needs.
• Coordinate the return or disposal of samples as necessary following company protocols.
• Support the team in preparing for key milestone meetings and deliverables by ensuring samples are available and organized.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate sample requests and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sample management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of samples as needed.
• Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently.
