Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce/Veeva CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver CRM initiatives for a life sciences/pharmaceutical client in Gaithersburg MD. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure successful implementation and optimization of Veeva CRM on Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning execution and delivery of Salesforce/Veeva CRM projects aligned with business goals
Manage project scope timelines resources risks and budgets
Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales Marketing Medical Affairs) to gather requirements
Drive Veeva CRM implementations enhancements and integrations
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams developers admins and QA teams
Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations (FDA GxP etc.)
Define project governance reporting and communication plans
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Support user adoption training and change management efforts
Identify process improvements and recommend CRM best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field
8 years of experience in IT project management
5 years of Salesforce CRM experience
3 years working with Veeva CRM in the life sciences/pharma domain
Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud Service Cloud)
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Scrum Master or Salesforce certifications
Experience with Veeva Vault or other Veeva products
Familiarity with data migration integrations (MuleSoft APIs)
Knowledge of clinical commercial or regulatory processes in pharma
