Salesforce Enterprise Architect

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect Salesforce Solution Architect or Salesforce Technical Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning (FSL) including solution architecture implementation customization and integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise Salesforce architecture.
• Proven ability to engage directly with business stakeholders including senior business leaders and lead requirement discussions workshops and solution presentations.
• Excellent communication interpersonal stakeholder management negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable architecture functional solution designs technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce developers consultants technical leads and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations APIs middleware data migration security and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery architecture governance technical reviews and end-to-end implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities influence decisions resolve ambiguity and drive solutions through successful delivery.
