This role is ideal for a skilled Salesforce professional with experience building and enhancing enterprise-level solutions within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to deliver scalable secure and high-performing applications that support critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet business requirements.
Develop and support Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and development teams to define and implement solutions.
Participate in code reviews testing deployment and ongoing production support.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing system performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Experience with Salesforce Flows automation tools and platform security.
Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and application architecture.
Experience working in banking financial services or other highly regulated environments.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and enterprise platforms.
