About the Role:
McKesson is seeking a Salesforce Delivery Lead for USPD to lead the execution of our Pharma business Salesforce sales and service cloud capabilities. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational performance of Salesforce programs across multiple platform domains. This role ensures delivery teams consistently ship highquality solutions on time within budget and aligned to the enterprise Salesforce roadmap. The Director serves as the primary delivery interface between business stakeholders architecture and engineering translating requirements into executable plans and driving sprintlevel outcomes.

What youll Do:

• Own endtoend delivery execution for assigned Salesforce programs including requirements analysis solution design build test release and postdeployment support.

• Lead and manage a crossfunctional delivery team of developers analysts QA engineers and vendor resources with accountability for performance coaching and professional development.

• Translate product roadmaps and business requirements into executable delivery plans managing scope capacity dependencies and sprint commitments.

• Partner with solution architects to ensure technical designs meet enterprise standards for scalability security and platform reuse across Salesforce clouds (Sales Service Health Experience Data).

• Drive sprint and release execution with disciplineowning backlog grooming sprint planning velocity tracking release readiness and golive coordination.

• Manage vendor delivery teams at the execution level ensuring backlog readiness quality standards SLA adherence and daytoday delivery alignment.

• Operate delivery governance routines including standups sprint reviews retrospectives dependency management and risk/issue escalation to senior leadership.

• Ensure all delivery practices meet McKessons security compliance and regulatory requirements embedding quality assurance and securitybydesign into development workflows.

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices including adoption of DevOps tooling automated testing CI/CD maturity and AIassisted development where applicable.

• Build strong working relationships with business product owners IT partners and endusers to ensure solutions meet functional needs and drive measurable adoption and value.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or equivalentexperience. Typically requires10 years of professionalexperience and 5 years ofdiversified program leadership planningcommunication organizationand people motivation skills (orequivalent experience).
• Proven executive accountability for enterprisescale Salesforce programs spanning multiple orgs business units and geographies.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture integrations data platforms and enterprise delivery models.
• Strong financial and portfolio management experience including multimilliondollar budgets and vendor ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud including hands-on implementation and customization.

• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Field Service Lightning cloud and Marketing Cloud.

• Experience with Salesforce Agentic AI

• Experience with patient support programs is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices data modeling and security.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are a plus.
