Salesforce & Amazon Connect Consultant (Fractional)

Role Overview:.

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to deliver professional technical services for an upcoming client engagement. This is a fractional contract role focused on integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce Voice/Service Cloud Voice to enhance the contact center and agent experience.

Scope of Work:

• Architecture & Configuration: Lead assessments and provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce Voice (Service Cloud Voice) and Amazon Connect.
  
• Integration & Development: Support development work involving Lambda APIs and event-driven integrations to bridge Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
  
• Support & Optimization: Provide troubleshooting testing UAT assistance and deployment support for scheduled go-lives.
  
• Knowledge Transfer: Deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to the client team.
  

Requirements & Logistics:

• Experience: Proven expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and Amazon Connect integration.
  
• Commitment: Fractional as-needed engagement.
  
• Capacity: Up to 20 hours per week (ceiling).
  
• Total Work Order: Approximately 160 hours over 2 to 2.5 months.
  
• Location: USA Remote.
