Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Agentforce Developer with 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on expertise in building AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and deploying intelligent agentic solutions leveraging Agentforce Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Data Cloud Prompt Engineering and Salesforce AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design build and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
- Configure Agent Builder Topics Instructions Actions Guardrails and Agent Scripts.
- Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex Flows APIs and integrations.
- Build conversational AI solutions for Sales Service Marketing and Support use cases.
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for contextual grounding and intelligent decision-making.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex LWC Flows SOQL and Platform Events.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven workflows.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards governance and performance optimization.
- Participate in architecture reviews code reviews and deployment activities.
- Support CI/CD implementation using Salesforce DX Git and DevOps tools.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI adoption initiatives.
