Sales Support Specialist

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist sales teams coordinate customer requests and support daily sales operations.

This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys working with customers collaborating with different departments and helping sales teams maintain efficient processes and positive client relationships.

• Support sales representatives with daily sales activities and customer requests

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products services and order information

• Coordinate sales orders and monitor processing activities

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records

• Assist with preparing sales proposals quotes and presentations

• Communicate with internal departments to coordinate customer needs

• Track outstanding customer requests and provide timely follow-up

• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems

• Support sales reporting and performance tracking

• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Previous experience in sales support customer service retail or business operations is preferred
