This is an onsite position based in our Springfield IL branch with an in-officeschedulefive days per week. Working alongside your team and business partnersyoullbeclosely connectedto the customers and advisors we support allowing you to collaborate in real time build relationships and deliver responsive high-quality service to the business.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate informationidentifytrends or discrepancies and develop thoughtful solutions.
  • Ability tolearn quickly and apply new concepts including life insurance products financial solutions carrier systems and case design processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability totranslate complex information into clear actionable insights.
  • Experience ordemonstratedcapability insales support reporting data analysis or developing business and sales-related reports.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple assignments priorities and deadlines.
  • Acollaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to build productive relationships with advisors business partners and colleagues.
  • Sound judgment initiative and aproblem-solving mindsetwith the ability to work independently while knowing when to collaborate or escalate.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and the ability to use data spreadsheets and reporting tools to support analysis and business needs.


This position is an in-office role that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding customer-focused service during our core hours (8:00 AM5:00 PM). Office location is4341 Acer Grove Road Suite C300 Springfield IL 62711

The base salary range for this position is$58000.Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends onlevelandfunctional area of responsibility.

What Youll Bring

  • 02 years of experience in sales support financial services insurance business operations data/reporting customer service ora related area. Relevant internship academic or project experience may also be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment toaccuracy quality and continuous improvement.
  • An analytical mindset and an interest inlearninglife insurance products financial solutions carrier systems and case design.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability tobalance multiple priorities and deadlines.
