Sales Support Coordinator

Position Overview

Founded in 1974Gliderol Garage Doorsis one of Australias leading manufacturers of Residential and Light Commercial continuous sheet curtain roller doors Sectional Overhead Doors and automatic operators.

We are seeking an energetic well-organised and highly motivated person to assist our NSW Sales department & provide support to our administrative team. With strong focus on providing exceptional customer service responsibilities will include:

What you will do

• Data entry and processing of customer orders
• Responding to customer enquires via phone and email
• Providing technical assistance for product troubleshooting and facilitating sales of spare parts
• Account administration
• Providinggeneral support within the sales department.

What we require

• Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with spare parts is advantageous but not essential
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Previous experience within a manufacturing-based business (highly regarded)

• Naturally helpful professional and patient with a genuine desire to resolve customer issues.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM ERP/order processing inventory invoicing email and planning systems.
