What Youll Do

Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face
Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options
Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process
Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals
Develop communication leadership and sales skills through daily coaching and
mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

Weekly pay
Uncapped commission structure
Most new reps earn $700-$1200/week during training and ramp-up
Successful reps typically earn $1200-$2000/week
Top performers earn significantly more

What Were Looking For

Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
