We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a friendly professional individual who enjoys building relationships with customers understanding their needs and helping them find the right vehicle.

What will you be doing
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features benefits and financing options.
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospects and current customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Stay informed about Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM products promotions and inventory.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
Who are we looking for
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Experience selling Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Computer proficiency (Dealertrack is our DMS).
- Team player.
