Hiring throughout the Castle Rock area including surrounding communities.

Important:
This position services the Castle Rock CO market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments all training team meetings and business-related activities are based out of our Parker CO office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required.

What Youll Do

Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior restoration needs.
Build relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
Conduct property inspections and assess exterior damage.
Present solutions that meet the customers needs.
Communicate project details clearly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project process.
Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial appointment through completion.
Use company-provided technology and tools to document customer information and project details.
Follow up with customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker CO reporting office for required training meetings and business activities.
Roofing experience is not required.
