Sales Representative

What Youll Do

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy
• Grow relationships with contractors and dealers across the Twin Cities Metro
• Expand Techo-Blocs presence into South Dakota
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts
• Educate contractors and drive demand through our dealer network
• Support dealer merchandising displays training and events
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows lunch & learns and dealer events
• Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape landscaping building materials or dealer-network experience is an asset
• Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
• Self-motivated competitive and comfortable owning a territory
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with CRM and data-driven sales processes
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel and be in the field with customers
