Barakeh Travel is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills a strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable travel services.

• Promote flight tickets travel packages and other available services.

• Identify sales opportunities and convert inquiries into bookings.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maximize sales.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.

• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Previous sales experience preferably in the travel or tourism industry.

• Excellent negotiation persuasion and customer relationship management skills.

• A proactive results-oriented attitude with the ability to meet sales targets.

• Ability to work on-site at our Chicago office from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment.

• Familiarity with flight bookings travel packages and reservation systems.

• Experience working with a diverse customer base.
