We are looking for a friendly professional and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy working with people have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to meet you!

• Greet customers and visitors with a positive welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area.
• Receive and distribute mail packages and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
• Provide support to the sales service and accounting departments as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.

• Previous receptionist customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Dependable punctual and detail-oriented.
