The Role: As a Sales Professional youll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes:
- Creating a fun engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers.
- Client Relationship Management Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
- Customer Focus Listens understands and matches solutions to customer needs.
- Relationship Building Builds trust and rapport guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence.
- Goal orientation Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset Treats the role like running a business with ownership of results.
- Team Collaboration Contributes to a supportive success-driven team culture.
- Adaptability Able to adjust to different customers products and situations.
- Product Knowledge - Shares up-to-date product knowledge (styles fabrics).
- Operational Submitting precise orders following established protocols adhering to money handling processes supporting customers with credit applications and financing matters.
- Pay: Guaranteed hourly wage with uncapped commission opportunities. Estimated annual earnings of $55000-$70000 with top performers earning $100000 annually.
