Are you a proactive marketer with a creative mindset and an eye for detail Technical Associates of Charlotte (an I-Care Reliability Inc. company) is looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to fuel our growth drive brand awareness and elevate our customer events!
In this role youll sit at the intersection of digital marketing lead generation and event coordination. You will play a vital part in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns planning major industry events like our annual Technical Associates Excellence Community (TAEC) Reliability Summit and helping nurture high-intent leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Social Media & Campaigns: Execute a cohesive social media strategy (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn). Draft edit and launch engaging digital ads promotional flyers newsletters and email campaigns (including TAC monthly blasts).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure visual identity tone and brand standards are maintained across all platforms and collateral.
- Analytics: Track and analyze KPIs across web traffic social engagement and email performance to optimize future campaigns.
Event Coordination & Management
- Summit & Seminar Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end event planning for public seminars and the annual TAEC Reliability Summit (managing hotel contracts BEOs attendee reservations etc.).
- On-Site Support & Logistics: Manage internal attendee registrations track inventory/swag for the company store and audit event invoices prior to leadership approval.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Prospecting & Nurturing: Use tools like ZoomInfo and LACRM to identify prospective clients and implement lead-nurturing workflows.
- CRM & Data Pipeline: Process leads and transfer deals between project management platforms () and CRM tools (Teamleader).
- Sales Alignment: Qualify inbound leads from tradeshows and seminars quickly routing high-intent leads to leadership and the sales team.
- Customer Care Support: Provide occasional Customer Care Management (CCM) support during strategic public seminars.
Culture & Administrative Support
- Coordinate employee recognition programs (Employee of the Month birthday/anniversary recognitions new hire swag onboarding).
- Assist with client inquiries and special marketing research projects as assigned.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Entry-level to 3 years in marketing digital communications or event planning. (Direct sales experience is not required!)
- Technical Skills: Strong corporate social media acumen (LinkedIn). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms CRMs email software and basic design tools (Canva Adobe Creative Cloud) is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude who excels under tight deadlines.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 25% monthly across the US for public seminars conventions and tradeshows.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally (event materials/booths) and stand/walk extensively during multi-day events.
