- Schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing rates
- Manage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes and organization utilizing CRM system
- Conduct tours of the club to qualified potential clients coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase sales
- Establish client base of organizations associations social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales efforts as assigned by the Sales Director and sales plan
- Drive lead generation through cold-calling and business development
- Accurately forecasts revenues and tracks bookings
- Minimum two years of commissioned sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to prospect negotiate and close new business
- Strong prioritization planning and organizational skills
- Ability to utilize CRM and funnel management tools and apply them consistently to forecast business manage customer opportunities build opportunity pipeline and make business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sets high goals and continuously strives for excellence
- Effectively illustrates a compelling point of view and moves others to action
- Bachelors degree from four-year College or University
