Job Summary
Alta Material Handling is looking to add a Sales Manager covering our New York Material Handling main responsibilities will be as follows: You will have responsibility for implementing and executing a successful sales strategy in above drive sales growth while maintaining gross profit train and manage territory equipment sales repsacross New York with travel required 30% of the a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and knowledge of warehouse products for the performance and development of the Account action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new in the development and implementation of marketing plans as one-on-one review with all Account Managers to build more effective communications to understand training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Managers sales and activity timely feedback to senior management regarding timely accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval while striving to maintain maximum profit accurate records of all pricings sales and activity reports submitted by Account Account Managers with proposal presentations and RFP Account Managers in preparation of proposals and that all Account Managers meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls appointments presentations proposals and examples for Account Managers in areas of personal character commitment organizational and selling skills and work regular coaching and counseling with Account Managers to build motivation and selling skillsMaintains contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfactionProactively uses and reinforces with the Account Managers the proactive use of eCRM as our CRM Skills and Qualifications:5 years B2B sales managementBachelors degree in business or equivalent requiredWarehouse product experience preferredPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsFast paced high energy individual with an aggressive sales styleMust have valid drivers license clean driving record and automobile insuranceComputer programs - Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Range: $10000 plus bonuses. This range is regarding base pay only and does not include benefits and potential bonuses. Overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographical location skillset education and experience.
