• Lead the new and used vehicle sales teamshire train coach and develop high performers.
• Run the dayâtoâday sales operation and showroom activity to ensure strong customer engagement and consistent results.
• Partner with the GM/GSM to set and achieve monthly and annual sales gross profit and performance goals.
• Coach sales consultants on best practices for selling negotiating and closing deals.
• Track performance forecast sales and share results with dealership leadership.
• Monitor CSI and ensure timely followâup to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Step in to resolve customer concerns and ensure issues are handled quickly and professionally.
• Build a positive accountable culture that reflects Genesis core values.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies manufacturer standards and all regulations.

What Youll Need

• 23 years of prior Automotive Sales Management experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals with exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
• Strong leadership communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to train motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance trends and forecast results.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
