Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Coaching team members
• Fostering a high-performance culture
• Driving revenue and customer count growth
• Recruit train and mentor a high performing team of sales consultants
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to ensure team success.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors
• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results
• Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships
• Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and regulatory updates
• Provide training to the sales team on products services and seasonal application needs
• Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership detailing progress toward goals market trends and team performance
• Analyze sales data to forecast revenue identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Work closely with marketing operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns
• Develop implement and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
• Create and manage sales budgets forecasts and reports for senior leadership

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred
