Sales Manager

Ford of Corinth is seeking a dynamic and motivating Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team in Corinth MS. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire guide and hire top talent to drive sales success and provide exceptional customer experiences. As Sales Manager you will play a critical role in achieving our sales goals developing sales strategies and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Lead motivate and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit hire and onboard new sales personnel to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to optimize performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure superior customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills.

• Proven experience in sales management with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong hiring and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.

• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
