Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Owner Acquisitions (Sales Executive) associate to join our team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales growth and acquiring new property owners for our vacation rental portfolio. You will play a crucial role in expanding our business and establishing strong relationships with property owners.

Candidates must possess an active Georgia real estate license in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential property owners who may be interested in listing their properties with VTrips.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with property owners to secure new listings.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Georgia real estate license.
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the vacation rental or real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Salary Description:$50000 annual base salary uncapped commissions
