Sales & Event Manager
Pay: $75000-$85000
Join the sales team at Hotel Indigo Nashville The Countrypolitan a boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role ensure seamless execution of group bookings accurate system management and exceptional client communication.
The Sales & Event Manager will detail all group business at the hotel. This role will be assigned additional market segments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will be assigned additional market segments.
Work closely with revenue management and marketing functions to develop strategies to maximize REV/PAR and grow market share
Maintain and promote teamwork with effective and clear communication
Ensures hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals
Follow and track company cross-sell procedures
Create a focus on attracting new business
Lead on-property sales functions to build long-term value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives
Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. generating a proposal writing contract customer correspondence BEOS & billing)

Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
OPERA PMS & DELPHI experience
