Sales Engineer

An outstanding full-time opportunity has become available with an industry leading manufacturer in the Springfield MA area for a Sales Engineer with a sales background in the Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing industry (preferably the plating Industry). This role earns a generous base salary with commission plus a fantastic benefits package that includes a retirement plan dental life insurance PTO company van and gas expenses provided and other terrific perks.

**This role is open to operate anywhere within the New England territory that is also in a commutable distance to the Manufacturer near Montclair NJ for occasional visits to this facility.

Required work experience includes:

• 3-5 years experience in Territory Sales as a Road Warrior in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry is a MUST
• Previous success in both Sustaining and Establishing Client Relationships is a MUST
• Demonstrated success in reviewing purchase orders scheduling routes weekly arranging pick-ups/deliveries and staying organized is a MUST
• Willingness and experience regularly traveling throughout the New England territory is a MUST
• Knowledge of Industrial/machinery processes (metal finishing plating powdered coating electro-plating anodizing etc.) is a HUGE PLUS
• Bachelors Degree in Sales Business Engineering or related field is a HUGE PLUS
