Sales Director – B2B SaaS – Remote – Global

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Sales Director B2B SaaS to join their team remotely based in a remote global setting (excluding Asia).

The Sales Director will provide senior commercial leadership while working with the Sales Manager to build and scale the companys sales organization. The role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on leadership overseeing team development sales processes pipeline performance and revenue growth. A key focus will be establishing the structure methodology and culture required for a growing sales function.

Critical Requirements

• Native/near-native English
• Senior sales leadership experience
• Proven experience managing and developing sales teams
• Sales strategy and commercial planning experience
• Strong understanding of full-cycle sales and business development
• Experience with pipeline management forecasting and CRM
• Proven ability to establish sales processes and structures
• Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills

Whats on Offer

Commission potential of around 23x base salary

• UK-based permanent employees: 20 days of annual leave (negotiable in some cases) workplace pension scheme a paid day off for their birthday and all UK bank holidays paid
• Consultants/contractors: 20 days of paid time off a birthday day off and paid national public holidays in their country
• Non-UK contractors: retainer may be set slightly higher to help compensate for arranging their own pension/provident fund and medical insurance
