Were looking for a driven relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B presence in the residential construction and remodeling this role youll partner with builders contractors and architects to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors
  • Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
  • Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
  • Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
  • Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
  • Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion

What You Bring

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a competitive results-driven mindset
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Field-based role (job sites client locations showroom)
  • Flexible schedule with availability to support client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
  • Active hands-on role including measuring site visits and inspections

  • $70000 guaranteed base salary during your first twelve monthsto support your ramp-up and business development efforts
  • Additional commission and bonus opportunitiesbased on performance

  • Transition into a performance-driven compensation structure with strong uncapped earning potential

Long-Term Earning Potential:

  • Potential to earn $100K by Year 3
  • Over 50% of team earns six figures
  • Top 1/3 earn $130K with top performers exceeding $200K
